2 Clean and lubricate the moving parts of the placement machine. Due to improper environmental control, a large amount of dust will stick to the moving parts, which will cause the machine to run overloaded for a long time, which will affect the service life of the machine to a certain extent.

3 Regularly calibrate the machine and maintain related parts. After the placement machine has been running for a long time, its related parts are prone to wear, deformation and aging, and the clutch deviation between the parts is small. The original parameters of the machine tool have been adapted to the state of the machine tool and affected the positioning accuracy of the machine tool. Regular calibration enables the machine to be produced with high accuracy and improve product quality.

4 Clean the internal gas path, electromagnetic valve, vacuum generating device, cylinder, etc. of the placement machine to avoid oil dirt in the gas path blocking the gas path, resulting in problems such as high throwing of materials and damage to components.
